How do I make a party reservation?

    1. To secure your party booking, kindly book your slots online at least 2 weeks in advance. For unavailable dates, please email us at Pororopark.sg@dreamsugroup.com.

    2. Choose your birthday party package, date, timeslot, number of guests*, and any preferred add-ons. Provide your contact details and confirm checkout.

    *Each guest indicated comes with 1 complimentary adult entry.

    3. Make full payment to confirm your birthday booking. You will receive an email from our Guest Experience team to finalize your party planning needs!

    4. Send us your full guest list at least 7 days before the party. All confirmed guests will be greeted at the door!

What is the role of the party host?

    Our lively party host will guide your group through station to station fun, engaging in meet & greets, adding a dash of excitement to the cake-cutting ceremony, and ensuring smooth sailing during mealtime in the party room.

If some of my guests do not show up, can I get a partial refund?

    We are unable to do any partial refunds if the number of guests falls below the confirmed number. Therefore, there will be no changes to the bill.

Can we stay in the party room longer than our two-hour time slot?

    We are unable to extend the usage of the party room as our team have to sanitize the party room for the next party session.

Can I remove some items from the party package?

    Yes, you can. However, please note that the price of the party package will remain the same.

Can I bring in my own food?

    Outside food and drinks are allowed, however do note that consumption of all food and drinks is allowed only in the party room.

Can I decorate the room before the party with my own decorations?

    Please feel welcome to express your creativity with decorations. However, we kindly request that you utilize blutack or string for any surface-mounted decorations. Additionally, please note that cakes featuring other themed cartoon characters will not be permitted for display or cake cutting.

What if my guests arrive late?

    Our party sessions adhere to a set schedule. We kindly advise you to prompt your guests to arrive punctually at the designated time. Please note that we are unable to extend the party duration for late arrivals.

When do my guests need to exit the party room?

    The party room is reserved exclusively for you and your guests during the 2-hour session that you have booked. Please be advised that all guests are required to vacate the party room once the session concludes.

When do I need to provide the final details for my guest list?

    Once the full payment has been made, we will need you to provide us with the following particulars of all your guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

    Refunds for cancellations are not provided unless mandated by government regulations. Rescheduling is contingent upon availability. For further details, please contact us via email at Pororopark.SG@dreamusgroup.com.
