Session play is implemented to ensure extensive sanitisation between each play session so that all guests can play with peace of mind in a safe & clean environment.

Q4. How do I know if there is availability on the Booking System website?
Only available timings will be indicated.
Q5. Can I make a reservation through the ticketing booth or call centre?
All reservations must be made online.
Q6. How many guests can I register on behalf of for the reservation? Is there a limit to the group size?
In line with the current Covid 19 government mandate, the number of guests per booking is limited to 10, including babies and children. All visiting adults must be vaccinated. Provisions will be made for children below 12.
Q7. What if I am late for session?
Your session will still end at the same timing & there will be no extension's
Q8. Why must we pre-book before arrival?
Pre-booking will allow you the freedom to choose the time and date you want, that works best with your schedule. Maximised your time in the playground without having to queue to purchase your tickets.
It will also ensure that we are within the designated park capacity.
Q9. What if we did not pre-book?
You may still purchase your tickets at our ticketing counter.
Tickets will be sold based on the availability of our play sessions.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have pre-booked your tickets.
Q10. How is your cleaning and sanitisation regime like?
Cleanliness and safety have always been of utmost importance. The play parks are extensively cleaned and sanitised daily after each session and at the end of the day. In addition, high touch surfaces will be sanitised hourly. Rides will also be sanitised after every use. We are proud to share that we are SG Clean Certified.
Q11. We have physical Pororo Park Singapore / Tayo Station tickets, do we still have to pre-book?
Yes, everyone should pre-book in advance. Physical tickets will be collected upon entry.
Q12. Is re-entry allowed during the play session?
Adults may re-enter if an accompanying adult is looking after your child
Q13. Can I bring in outside food and drinks into Pororo Park Singapore?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food and Drinks are available at Loopy's café.
Q14. Do I need to wear masks during play?
All guests are required to wear their masks always in the park, except when eating or drinking. It is mandatory for children aged 6 & above to wear either a face mask or face shield in the play park.
Q15. Is contactless payment available in the parks?
Yes, contactless payment is available at most locations. Please approach our staff at the point of purchase for assistance.
Q16. Will there be any shows at Pororo Park Singapore?
