Certification, we are taking precautionary measures to ensure that everyone can safely play and
have fun!
We have stepped up on additional measures with intense sanitization of the whole park during
operating hours and implemented timed playtime sessions. On top of that, each play area will
only accommodate to a limited capacity.
Kindly take note of the following steps before you plan a visit too!
Q1. Why are the play times set by sessions?
Session play is implemented to ensure extensive sanitization in between each play session so that all guests can play with a peace of mind in a safe & clean environment.
Q2. I am a Pororo Park Singapore/Tayo Station member, is playtime unlimited?
For our valued Gold members, playtime is unlimited every day. You may book unlimited number of sessions. However, you will need to exit after each session and re-enter for the next.

For our valued Silver and Basic Members, playtime is unlimited on weekdays. You may book unlimited number of sessions. However, you will need to exit after each session and re-enter for the next. For weekends/PH/SH, booking is limited to 1 session per day at 2 hours playtime.
Q3. I have a Pororo Park Singapore/Tayo Station Savers Pass, is playtime unlimited?
Savers Pass Cardholders are only allowed to book 1 playtime session per day.
Q4. How can I book for my play session?
Q5. How do I know if there are availability on the Booking System website?
Upon selecting the date, you will see the slot availability for each session.
Q6. Can I make a reservation through the ticketing booth or call centre?
Reservation is only available online currently.
Q7. How many guests can I register on behalf of for the reservation? Is there a limit to the group size?
With effect from 10 August 2021, the total number of guests per booking is limited to 5, including babies and children. As per the government guidelines, when visiting the park, you are advised to come in a group not more than 5 (under the same household).
Q8. How long will my booking be held for on the day of arrival?
Bookings are held for 20 mins from the start of the session. No show will result in the booking slot being released for walk-ins. Entry will be subjected to availability.
Q9. Why must we pre-book before arrival?
Pre-booking is required to ensure that limited capacity is kept under control per session at Pororo Park Singapore. It will also enable you to maximize the 2-hour playtime without having to wait.
Q10. What if we did not pre-book?
You may enquire about the capacity limit of the session you are keen to join at the ticketing counter. Entry will be subjected to availability on a first come first serve basis. Please note that each booking will be reserved for up to 20mins from the start of the session. Excess slots due to no-show will only be opened 20minutes after the start of the session.
Q11. How is your cleaning and sanitization regime like?
Cleanliness and safety have always been of utmost importance. The play parks are extensively cleaned and sanitized daily after each session and at the end of the day. In addition, high touch surfaces will be sanitized hourly. Rides will also be sanitized after every use. We are proud to share that we are SG Clean Certified.
Q12. We have physical Pororo Park Singapore tickets, do we still have to pre-book?
Yes, everyone should pre-book in advance. Physical tickets will be collected upon entry.
Q13. Is re-entry allowed during the play session?
Adults may re-enter as long as there is an accompanying adult looking after your child
Q14. Can I bring in outside food and drinks into Pororo Park Singapore?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available at Loopy’s café. You may refer to our menu here: Loopy Cafe | Pororo Park Singapore
Q15. Do I need to wear masks during play?
All guests are required to wear their masks always in the park, except when eating or drinking. It is mandatory for kids aged 6 & above to wear either a face mask or face shield in the play park.
Q16. Are contactless payment available in the parks?
Yes, contactless payment is available at most locations. Please approach our staff at the point of purchase for assistance.
Q17. Will there be any shows at Pororo Park Singapore?
Sing-alongs and Musicals at Pororo Park Singapore are suspended until further notice. However, Meet & Greet will be available. Kindly refer to session plan here:
Q18. How will you control the crowd in Tong Tong's Little Theatre at Pororo Park Singapore?
Currently, we are not allowed to resume our live performances. Only Meet & Greet sessions are allowed and will be conducted with one family at one time. There is a queue designated for meet and greet session with markers. We also set aside one lane for entry and one lane for exiting the theatre.
