Guest safety is our number one priority at Pororo Park Singapore, and we have rigorous policies and processes to ensure our guests' safety. For your safety, please follow all written signage and verbal instructions.

• Kindly arrive on time as there is strictly no extension of play time.
• The ratio of adults to children is strictly 2:1 on weekends. On weekdays, up to 4 adults may accompany one child to reach the maximum capacity limit allowed within the park.
• DreamUs Edutainment Pte. Ltd. encourages responsible play and reserves the right to remove noncompliant customers from the play park without refund for the safety and wellbeing of all.
• Admission is on a per entry basis. There is no re-entry for children and adults may re-enter provided there is another adult to supervise the children.
• DreamUs Edutainment Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any injuries caused by improper manner of play.
• All children must be in good health before entering the Playground. The management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to any person who appears to be unwell
• No exchanging of adults is allowed at any point in time. Additional adults will be chargeable at $10.
• Parents or caregivers must actively supervise children at all times when in the playground.
• Re-entry is allowed for all guests.
• Fully-covered grip socks are compulsory for all children and fully covered socks for adults upon entering the park premises.
• Management reserves the right to impose a $10 clean-up and sanitisation charge for incidents such as vomiting or urine leaks.
• Management reserves the right to use images/ videos captured onsite in an adequate, relevant and not excessive way for professional and marketing purposes.
• All staff must be treated with respect. Hurtful comments and gestures will not be tolerated.
• Parents and guardians are to adhere strictly to instructions during the period of play.
• Damages caused by bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guests at 60% of the retail price.
• Parents and Guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Owners, Management and Staff of Pororo Park Singapore will not be liable for any injury or casualty sustained in the playground.
• Management reserves the right to alter our operation hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice.
• No outside food and drinks allowed.
• Drugs and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol (intoxicated) will not be allowed entry into the park.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the park.
• Pororo Park Singapore is a family indoor playground. While we encourage our guests to enjoy themselves, behaviour deemed unacceptable by management may result in perpetrators being evicted from the park without a refund and potentially escalated to the police.

Park Capacity and Impact on Access: If the park reaches capacity for any event or on a normal operating day, we reserve the right to close the park to further guests. Whilst this is very inconvenient, it is necessary for the guest's experience, health, and safety. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
