1. Where are you located?

    We are located at 6 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square, #02-29, Singapore 039594.


2. Where is the nearest carpark/drop-off point?

    The nearest carpark would be at the Red Zone and nearest drop-off point would be next to Carl’s Junior/7-11.

3. What is the nearest MRT?

    Promenade or Esplanade Station.

4. How can I book my play session?

    Bookings can be made here.

5. How do I view and choose my time slot?

    Weekdays: No fixed time slots are available. You can enter anytime within our operating hours, and your play session will start at the point of entry.

    Weekends: Fixed time slots are available: 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM. Please choose your preferred time slot during booking.

    Session durations vary depending on the ticket type you purchased (either 2 or 3 hours).

    Mon to Thurs: 10am to 8pm

    Fri to Sun, Eve of PH & PH: 10am to 9pm

7. Can I make a reservation over the counter or via the hotline? What if I did not pre-book my tickets?

    Booking of tickets must be made online. We do accept walk-ins over the counter however, it is subjected to availability. To avoid disappointment, we would recommend pre-booking of tickets.

8. Is re-entry allowed during the play session?

    Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as it’s within your play session.

9. Can I purchase the 3 hours ticket on the day of visit?

    The 3 hours ticket is online exclusive and ticket sales will be closed one day before your selected visit date. (E.g. For a 3 hour visit on 2 May 2023, the ticket will need to be purchased before 10.30am on 1 May 2023).

10. If I have purchased the 2 hours ticket but wish to change to the 3 hours ticket on day of visit, is it possible?

    Yes, you may do a top-up over the counter at $5 per 30 mins for additional playtime.

11. Can I bring in outside food and drinks into Pororo Park Singapore?

    Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food and Drinks are available at Loopy’s Café which is located inside the park. You may refer to the menu here.

12. How is your cleaning and sanitisation like? 

    Cleanliness and safety have always been of utmost importance. Pororo Park Singapore is extensively cleaned and sanitised after each session and at the end of the day.

13. Is contactless payment available in the park?

    Contactless payment is preferred. We accept Visa or Mastercard (Credit Card and/or Debit Card). Please approach our staff at the point of purchase for assistance.

15. Are there any toilets/nursing room inside the park?

    There are no toilets located inside the park however, we do have a nursing room located in the park. The nearest toilet would be located inside Marina Square.

16. Can I wear my own socks in the park?

    Do note that grip socks are compulsory for all children inside the park. For adults, fully-covered socks are required. If you do not have any grip socks, you may purchase them over the counter at $3.50 each.

17. Where can I find the activities schedule? Are there any shows available?

    Sing-Alongs, Meet & Greet and Pororo Express Train are available on certain days and timeslots. Please refer to the session plan here.

18. Does Pororo Park recycle or collect back used grip socks?

    Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the collection of used socks.

    However, we would encourage you to recycle your used or damaged grip socks for an environmentally sustainable future.

    You may refer to NEA's website or Cloop whom provide numerous recycling bins located conveniently around Singapore.

19. Is Pororo Park wheelchair accessible?

    We're committed to welcoming all guests. Our park is designed with pram access in mind. However, we currently don't have wheelchair accessibility. We're exploring ways to improve this and welcome your feedback

[LITE/ELITE] How long is the membership valid for?

    LITE membership - Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration
    ELITE membership It is an indefinite recurring membership that will continue until you cancel it.

[LITE/ELITE] Who can apply for membership?

    Parents or guardians of children aged 9 months – 12 years old can sign up for membership. Each membership is registered under a child’s name.

[LITE/ELITE] Can I share or transfer my membership?

    Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered child. Siblings or friends will need their own membership to enjoy the same benefits.

[LITE/ELITE] Do I need to book my play sessions in advance?

    Yes, advance booking is highly recommended - especially on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, as slots are limited.

[LITE/ELITE] Can I bring guests or additional children with me at a discounted rate?

    No, the additional children/guests would have to purchase the General Admission ticket.

[LITE/ELITE] Can I use my membership at other parks like Tayo Station?

    Yes, you may utilise the membership at both Pororo Park & Tayo Station.

[LITE/ELITE] What happens if I forgot to bring my membership card for my visit?

    No worries, you may present the membership ID sent via email over the counter for verification.

[LITE/ELITE] What if I need to pause my membership (e.g., travel)?

    It is not possible to pause the membership.

[ELITE] Do I have to commit for a minimum period?

    Only ELITE membership – There is a minimum of 6 months commitment before cancelling.

[ELITE] What if I did not use all my complimentary visits?

    Unused complimentary visits cannot be carried forward.

[ELITE] If I cancel early (before minimum commitment), what happens?

    Do note that there is an Early Termination Fee if the membership is cancelled before the 6th month.

[ELITE] If I want to visit more times than the complimentary visits, is there a discount rate?

    You are able to enjoy 20% off for subsequent visits after the complimentary visits has been used up.
